The farmhouse Margione is a blaze for eyes, mind and a real delight for the palate.
A large room renovated with exposed stonewalls, once the original feeding troughs, will welcome you for lunches, dinners and banquets for every occasion.
Advance reservation is required to guarantee the best and freshest raw food, all farm-to-table.
The inviting and classic starter includes a selection of iblea traditional dishes: arancini, focacce, homemade loaves, olives (pickled, crushed or black), homemade cheeses with fresh milk from neighboring farmers (warm ricotta and tuma), fresh tomatoes, dried sausage.
The wide selection of first courses will fit everyone’s taste: ravioli, cavatelli with tomato sauce and aubergine, cannelloni with ricotta and spinaches, lasagna. Each type of pasta is handmade.
As regards second course, you can choose grill meat, stuffed chicken, stimpirata of rabbit, meat with sauce, stuffed and breaded pork steaks.
A good dessert can’t be miss: sweet ravioli filled with ricotta, gelo with lemon or almond, blancmange or strawberries.
It is an unforgettable mixture of smells and flavors characterized by genuineness.

THE ORGANIC SHOP
The farmhouse Margione offers you the opportunity to buy organic products grown and produced in our fields. Everything is healthy and genuine, no harmful substances are used to grow them.
Different type of fruits and vegetables are available for you, including eggplants, pepper, parsley, basil.
You can buy sun-dried tomatoes and tomato extract as well as apricot jam, quince, black cherry, cherry and wild berry.
Our wide range of products includes also good red wine and oil produced with olives that grow on our land.
Do not miss our traditional homemade bread made with sourdough, cooked in a stone oven, cottage cheese and cheese made directly at the farm.
